Welcome to Breathe Yoga. 

Yoga offers a gentle, safe, and revitalizing way to unwind and tone your body. Our Private Yoga sessions are tailored to your individual goals and experience level. I will guide your movements and breathing to help you realign your structure, strengthen muscles, and foster a sense of balance and ease.

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2021 and received my Trauma-Informed certification in 2023. I am pleased to provide both Private and Corporate Yoga sessions.

At Breathe Yoga, we welcome all experience levels to our Yoga classes.
