As the founder of Breathe Massage + Yoga, I am dedicated to sharing the healing benefits of yoga and massage with others. My own experience of using yoga to unwind my misalignments and learning how to strengthen my body was the inspiration for starting this studio. I am trained in a wide range of massage and yoga modalities, and I work with my clients to develop custom-made plans to address their specific needs. From injury rehabilitation to stress relief, my goal is to help everyone feel healthy and happy.
